Why would she pay someone else to fly her around if she could do it herself?
Her first helicopter ride was “love at first flight.” Knowing that only 6% of all aviators are women was not going to stop her from achieving her goal.
Heather’s team is most important to her success. From the employees to the outside team including lawyers, accountants, HR, and mentors, it’s all key to growing a successful business.
“I will guide and help you, but I want you to be independent,” says Heather about her business and its culture.
